Never mix: Bleach + ammonia ยท Bleach + vinegar ยท Different drain cleaners. These produce toxic gases and can be life-threatening.
๐ฆบ PPE requirements
SWMS: A Safe Work Method Statement must be completed before any high-risk task (working at height, mould remediation, new builds). Your manager will guide your first SWMS.
Incident reporting: Any incident โ no matter how minor โ must be reported to your supervisor on the same day.

Golden rules: Always greet clients professionally. Never discuss wages, other clients, or personal matters. If a client is unhappy โ listen calmly, never argue, and escalate to your manager. Respond to messages within 2 hours during business hours.
โ Quality self-inspection
Practical assessment: At the end of Week 6 your supervisor will conduct a supervised practical assessment. Pass = fully certified and ready to work independently.
